18th – 23rd May: Under Eight’s Week – “Celebrating 70 Years”

20th May: World Bee Day

20th May: Kindy Open Day (Pupil Free day for Callistemon B children)

18th - 24th May: National Volunteers Week - A time for thanks and celebration of the incredible work done year after year by volunteers at your early childhood service, including the Management Committee.

19th & 22nd May: Kindergarten excursions to Windy Acres Farm.

24th – 31st May: Allergy & Anaphylaxis Week

27th May: National Simultaneous Storytime. ‘Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller’ by Deborah by Adam Jackson & Adam Lloyd 

27th May – 3rd June: National Reconciliation Week – 2026 Theme – ‘All In’ (including National Day of Healing / National Sorry Day (26th May)

1st June: Dinosaur Day

June: Kindy Uplift incursions (Inclusion & Multicultural perspectives): Kindy groups only

5th June: World Environment Day

8th June: World Oceans Day: theme: ‘Strong Marine Protected Areas for Our Blue Planet’

10th June – ‘Thank a First Responders Day’

23rd & 26th June: Pyjama Day

End of Term: 23rd June (Cassia A & Junior Kindy), 26th June (Callistemon B & Cassia B)

NB: Each Kindergarten group will engage in learning experiences centred on these days as close as possible to the actual date that is listed above.

Open Day is on Wednesday 20th May 2026, from 9:30-11:30am. All are welcome!
